It is notified in the Gover ment Gazette that His Majesty the King has under section 1. of the Treaty of Peace Act. 1919 (9 and 10 Gea. 5, e 33), made an Order in Council initul ed "The Treaty of Peace (Co- venant of the League of Na- tions) Order, 1935, dated Octo. ber 26. 1935. for bringing into affect the decisions adopted by the Co-ordination Committee of the League of Nations under Article XVI of the League Co-j

venant.

The Order in Council applies- to the United Kingdom, the Co lonies and Protectorates and fer- ritories in. respect of which mandate is exercised by His Ma- jesty's Government in the United Kingdom.

Effect Of Order A Copy of the Order in Council will be published in the Hong Kong Government Gazette- · when it is received in the Colony. Gen- erally the effect of the Order is as follows:-
