NEW TALENT MUST BE UNEARTHED

PROMISING PLAYERS AMONG RESERVES PRACTICE MATCHES NEEDED

(By "Rover")

ERE will be no great changes in the Royal Army Medical Corps team in the Third Divi- sion of the Hong Kong Football League. AII last year's players are again available and no new talent has come to light yet, although it is likely that several changes will be made follow- ing practice matches.

The Medicals met with a fair amount of success last season and, as they will be playing practically the same team, they should have that advantage of having played together before.

Howells, who played during the latter part of last season. will captain the team and occupy the pivot position. He is an excellent footballer he played for the Corps. at Home - and can fill any position in the defence with credit.

T. Wright, the custodian. played last year, and is very- re- Hliable, while the two backs, Ingoe and Wylie, are very safe and possess good understanding..

Youd was the outstanding half- back last year and will be seen in the intermediate line" again,} while Poole. who played in the pivot position before Howells arrived, completes the defence.
