London. To-day. The House of Commons, by 386 votes to 122, yesterday passed the third reading of the Government jof India Bill, which was sent to the House of Lords. It is ex pected to receive the Royal as sent before the summer recess.
No bill since the war has clared so much time in the House of Com- mons.
