Chalky Marks Removed
Flower vases and cut-glass pow der bowls are inclined to develop chalky marks which will not wasn off. When wet they appear to have been removed.. but always show again when dry. The only way to remove them completely is to leave them to soak for some hours in malt vinegar. Fill the vases so that the chalky marks are covered, and leave! for two or three hours. Then wash as usual. The marks will have dis- appeared after this treatment.
RUST SPOTS
