LL the reactionary coastguards at Bias Bay have been rounded up and will not cause any further trouble to the Government authorities. This is the opinion of Rear-Admiral Kiang Yen- chung and Rear-Admiral Chang Chi-ying, who visited Bias Bay last Saturday.

Rear-Admiral Chang Chi-ying told newspaper men on Friday that there is no necessity to send more warships to Bins Bay, and that the report that the cruiser Hai Shen would be dispatched to those waters was incorrect-
