Canton. To-day- Professor Teng Han-chi, Dean of the law school of Sun Yat-sen University, is being severely criticised by his students, who have launched a movement to] oust him. The charges against -the professor are that he is not learned and is not of high moral character.

The students have organised a body to remove incompetent tea- chers and President Chow La bus been requested by the under- graduates to dispense with the services of Dean Teng.
