sion to the Throne. Some 80,000 Medals will be struck for issue as Ja personal souvenir from His Majesty to persons in the Crown Services and others in Great Britain. and in other parts of the Empire: The Medal is restricted to British subjects, and is intended for most part for members of the Crown Services. Individuals select ed for the award will receive the Medal on or ahortly after the May 6, but the Medals will not be worn on May 6, except by special in struction.

The following is a description of the Medal, which has been designed by Sir William Goscombe John. R.A.:

Reverse The Royal Cypher G.R.1. surmounted by the Crown withi the dates MAY 6 1910 and MAY 6 1935 on either side, the whole] within an ornamental border.
The medal will be worn. sus- pended by a ring from a rīb- bon 14 inch wide with a red centre stripe 4 inch wide and two blue stripes and one white stripe of equal width on either side. Diameter of medal-14 inch.
