The case in which Leung Yim. a Chinese lorry driver. is charged with manslaughter as the result of a collision on Island Road. carly on the afternoon of Jan- uary 29, which resulted in the deaths of three occupants of a Fiat motor-car, reached its clos- ing stages this morning when counsel for the Crown and for the accused, addressed the Courtį at length.
