At the annual distribution of prizes held at the Un Long School | this morning, Mrs. A. O. Brawn, wife of the Inspector of English Schools, gave away the prizes.
The Headmaster, in making his report for the year said that the average attendance showed an in- crease of 14 over the previous year, and, the maximum enrol- ment "was 112. Proof that the intelligence of the community of Uri Long was improving lay in the fact that the pupils seemed more brilliant this year than pre- viously.
