The Hon. Mr. W. H. Bell was the peaker at the weekly Rotary Club tiffin held at the Hong Kong Hotel Roof Garden yesterday, when His Excellency the Governor, Sir Wi- liam Peel, was a guest.

When returning thanks to Hon. Mr. Bell, Sir William Hornell said that in his opinion if dy- ing in China is to become as popu- lar as in Europe it must be cheaper than at present.
The Chairman, welcoming Mis Excellency the Governor, said it was indeed a red letter day for the Club; because they had the very unique honour of the presence of His Ex- cellency, their first honorary mem- ber.
