He was indicted by the Fedural Grand Jury that handed down the in- dictments against Acting Capt. Warms and the Chief Engineer Abbott.

When a Bridge partnership in a Rubber game bids and makes ja grand slam, the thrill that accompanies it lasts for hours. All of us remember our success- ful grand slam contracts better than we do our games and part- scores. Even in Duplicate Bridge the bidding and making of a grand slam, regardless of the suit, generally assures the player who made it of at least a tie for top-score. Judge, then, the astonishment of the North player on the hand below when, after bidding and making a grand slam with hearts as trump, she discovered that her score was half a match-point below the average obtainable on the board.
