London's Forecast
. A forecast from London on the pro- bable trend of the New York market, states:-
Wall Street is likely to rule steady after yesterday's setback.
The Cotton market will probably open lower. The market is in a state of dead-lock for the present. Weather conditions are mostly favourably mild. Acceptances of the. Government loan ate curtailing offers. Speculators are slightly disappointed with President Roosevelt's failure to outline the Ad- ministration's future monetary policy. There is renewed talk of the textile labour trouble. Texas reports an im- provement in business to the Con- tinent.
Rubber prices are expected to open Ja little better.
