A pilgrimage from Hong Kong to the tomb of Dr. Robert Morrison at Macao, to pay homage to the pioneer British missionary to China, was made yesterday, led by the Right Rev. R. O. Hali, Bishop of Hong Kong.
It was in Macon that Dr. Marri. son devoted most of his life to the great undertaking with which his name will ever be associated-the gigantic work of trusslating the Scriptures into Chinese, and the printing of the first Anglo-Chinese dictionary, which has been the fount of so many works after him, and which has smoothed the path for 90 many..
