It is the most valuable because it conveys to the Opening hand precise and definite information that must be of value in reaching the correct final contract.
The One Oyer One response to an Opening suit bid, under the Culbertson System, is not absolute- ly Forcing, but it practically re- quires a further bid from the part- ner who has opened the bidding if he holds only slightly greater than minimum honour strength or s trump suit longer than the mini-
