Mr. Jacob Sicherman writes me from Buffalo that they play a great deal of Bridge at the 'Montefore Club there. He laments that they do not always play with the ele- gance of experts, but says that the games there at least do not lack; verve and animation. Particularly is this true, he declares, when Mr.j George Michael Raikin, a lawyer of Buffalo, sits in at the Bridge table.
