MAGISTRATE'S' COMMENTS AT INQUEST
Addressing the jury at the re- sumption of the inquest into the death of Wong Yát, a prisoner at the Victoria Gaol, who died on March 26 last, Mr. E. W. Hamil ton, acting as Coroner at the Cen- tral. Magistracy. this afternoon. said that, it would be revealed in evidence that the man had claim ed to have been assaulted by other prisoners in the Gaol.
