Three Bills, to amend the Sunday Cargo Working Ordinance, 1929, to amend further the Railways Ordin- ance, 1909 and to amend the Mer- chant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, were read for the second and third times and passed at the Legislative Council Meeting held yesterday.
