Amid great pomp and ceremony, Mr. Henry Pu Yi, the Chief Executi ve of Manchukuo, this morning became the first Emperor of Manchukuo.
The ceremony, which was accompanied by Oriental rites and which was attended by vast throngs, is graphically described by Reuter's cor- respondents.
