M. Duca had just had an Ett. dience with His Majesty, King Carol. The student has been arrested. His name is Constantinescu, and he is believed to be a member of the disbanded anti-Semitic Iron Guard' organisation.
He had three accomplices, but he himself threw a bomb besides fring the fatal shots. A Deputy, M. Costinesen, who was with M. Duca, was wounded.
