It re quires about & honour, tricks when vulnerable, and all four suits stopped.
This bid demands a guise on slightly better than 1 honour trick, and take-out with a five or six card biddable suit always provided there is 1 honour trick in hand.
Not vulnerable, it may be weak- er and based on a long solid minor auit, with a number of Queens and Knaves in side suits. A raise can be made with 1 plus honour trick.
Opening Three No-trump This bid is made on handa con- taining at least eight sure tricks in honours, with all auits stopped and no biddable auft.
