Work on Malaguna Mansions, Chathami Road, Kowloon, the $800,000 building of 7 storeys containing 112 flats, which is to be constructed in Chatham Road,: Kowloon, is to commence shortly. When completed. the building will be the largest block of flats in the Colony.
Malaguna Mansions are being built by the Perpetual Trust Company.
