Land Transactions
4.16. A summary of the various categories of land transactions is given:

A further 62 Kwun Tong Inland Lots were sold by public auction and private treaty during the year. A total of 207 lots had been sold up to 31st March totalling nearly 4 million square feet in area. Premia realized to 31st March totalled $93 million.
