Soak gelatine in cold water 5. minutes. Beat yolks and add augar, flour and salt... Add fufce, rind and bolling water. Cook 5 minutes in double boller. Stir frequently. Add gelatine mixture and stir until it has dissolved. Cool a little. Fold in egg whites. Pour into crust, cool and chill. When ready to serve, cut in wedge- shaped pieces. Serve plain or top- ped with whipped cream
