London, Saturday, Oxford University gained a magnilfleent Cross-Country vie, tory over Cambridge at Hor- ton Kirby to-day when the whole of the Oxford side finished ahead of the first Light Blue to finish.

Oxford won the contest by 15 points to 40, J. E. Lovelock, the New Zealand Olympic Games miler, deadheated with C. J. Mabey In 42 minutes 38 seconds thus breaking_all records for the 11⁄2 mile course-Reuter.
