Tribute to President.-
Before the meeting terminated, Mr. Forsyth said he would like to record their appreciation of the services rendered by the retiring President, Mr. J. C. W. Bonnar, who had done valuable work for them, and had always given wise. and sage advice to the committee. They were deeply indebted to him for the able way in which he had carried out his duties during the past year.
