London, July 18. A collision in the Mediterranean on April 1, 1931, between the air- Glarious and the craft carrier French steamship. Florida was the subjects of an action in the Ad miralty Division on July 12.

The Admiralty blamed the Florida for the collision, and alleged that: that vessel crossed the course of Glorious at a high speed, doing her [great damage.

Letters will be despatched fortnightly by the French Mail steamers scheduled to connect at Saigon with the Air Mail. As the Air Mail Service is weekly other vessels if available will be used in intervening weeks.
Letters for this route should be marked "Saigon-Marseilles Air Service" and banded in at the G.P.0. or Kowloon Post Office.
Mails can now be forwarded to Europe via Siberia.
Letters and postcards for Europe and South America are forward- ed "via Siberia" if so superscribed.
