Roast Duck,

2 tablespoons fat

1 teaspoon salt

teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon finely chopped onion

1 tablespoon chopped celery

1 cup boiling water.

Carefully clean and wash duck. Bub with fat and sprinkle with salt; and paprika. Place on a rackin baking pan. Bake 15 minutes in bot oven.

Cover with lid and lower,
