The Rest A Synopsis.
B. Remedios (Recreio) is a safe goalkeeper, ard is capable of keeping a cool head, even in! the tightest of situations.
C. Osmund (Recreio) is al hard hitter, and possesses a good knowledge of tackling at the right time. She can, with safety, be said to be the Recreio's mainstay in defence, and her form displayed this season has been unusually high.
A. Fowler (C.B.A.) — should render a good account of herself in this game, provided she satis- fies herself with marking 'P. M. Harrop. Her hitting is very hard, though inclined towards "sticks,' and she is a fearless tackler.
E. Xavier (Recreio)—should fare well in this match, as she is a hard

G. White (St. Andrew's) -bas played very well for St. Än- drew's this season, and her in- clusion has greatly strengthened the team's defence. She is also a hard hitter, but is inclined to infringe the "sticks" | rule a little too much.
t
O. Dalziel (C.B.A.) — on the right wing, is a fast runner and centres with accuracy. She has done very well of late in the C.B.A. team, and should give A. Nicol a busy time. Her main fault is her aptitude to wander into the centre of the field in- stead of keeping her position.
C. Botelho (Recrefo)—although more accustomed, to the position of right wing, nevertheless she is a useful forward, and has grasped the principle of passing quickly.
M. Woolley (St. Andrew's) is a centre-forward of no mean ability, possessing a strong hit, which is a great asset to her when within shooting distance. She is an able leader, too, but she will find in B. M. Popa no easy opposition.
B. Walker (C.B.A) --is a use. ful forward, but her main fault lies in hitting the ball too far forward instead of passing more frequently.
**P. Gittins (8£. Andrew's)— in by far the finest. left-winger in the competition this season. She possesses a certain amount of useful speed and should prove a great menace to Hong Kong's defence.

A WHOLE WEEK'S NEWSPAPERS IN ONE.
In thick fog, on Saturday afternoon (March 12) off Namtao Island, a collision, which proved to be of a very serious nature, occurred between the s.8. Venezia and the 6.5. The Venezia carried a large number of race-goers, travelling to Macno for the week-end. Casualties were, happily, very few, there being four Chinese in all. A full account of the. mishap is chronicled in the OVERLAND CHINA MAIL.

Thay net earnings were $179,392 less than in the pre- vious year, was reported by the Hon. Mr. J. J. Paterson who presided at the 45th ordinary annual general meeting of the Hong Kong and Kowloon Wharf and Godown Co., Ltd. The decrease in revenue is attributed in part to the political differences in the North and the boycott of Japanese goods. The meeting is reported in the OVERLAND CHINA MAIL.
