Comment.
On the whole, the C:B.A. were the stronger team. In their forward line, Francis and White were pro- minent, whilst the Whitley brothers were brilliant in defence, MacNider and Tipple were reliable, although in the first half, the former infring- ed the rule against "sticks" too frequently. For the Incognitos, Beltrao, W. Reed and F. Burrou were a hard working trio. Of the forwards the Reed brothers came în for much. C. Barros played well on the right wing, but was inclined to be slow in his passing.
