Order Rescinded. An application to rescind the receiving order in the case of the Cheong Yuen firm was next heard. The Offcial Receiver said that the axle of the stock in trade and furniture and fittings had been undertaken and realised $1,189.20 net. Of thie amount $880 had been paid to the landlords for two months rent, and another amount was paid, leaving A balance of $182.20 in hand.
