In the Supreme Court this morning, the Chief Justice (Sir Joseph Kemp, K.C.) heard an application in the matter of the estate of Thomas Francis O'Sullivan, late of 44, Robinson Road, "whose death may be sworn to have occurred in the month of May, 1990."

The application was made by Mr. F. C. Jepkin (instructed by Messrs. Deacons) on behalf of Mury Frances O'Sullivan (wife), for an order for probate of the will.
"
Mr. Jenkin said that the application by Mrs. O'Sullivan was for liberty to swear that her husband, who was at one time acting Head Bailiff of the Supreme Court, died in May, 1930. Affidavits supporting the application, Counsel said were filed by Mrs. O'Sulli- van, by Mr. T. Murphy, Assistant Superintendent of Police, and by DK. T. W. Ware, of the Government Medical Department.
Mrs. O'Sullivan's affidavit, Counsel said, disclosed that her husband hail, from May, 1927, become mentally affected and for some time was in the Government Civil Hospital in the care of Dr. Ware. In February, 1929, he recovered sufficiently to return home.

This does not mean they may not complete the circuit. There is nothing to indicate that they have yet abandoned the flight.
