A decree has been issued which restores full banking facilities next Wednesday.
Following the increase in the discount rate the Reichsbank con- celled all restrictions on credita vis-a-vis private banks. One of the most important measures taken by the Reichsbank is that bills of exchange deposited with the Reichsbank must be settled within ten days as long as the present high rate is valid.
As soon as the bankers' de- mand for loans on bills has abat- ed the Reichsbank will consider the reduction of the discount rate.-Reuter.
