"MANY A SLIP."
To-day marks the close of the engagement of "Many a Slip," the spicy Universal comedy which is now entertaining audiences at the Central Theatre. It is quite the most delightful screen comedy to come in many a day.

The carnival scene In "City Streets" is complete in every de tail, and furnishes the setting for the meeting of Gary Cooper and Sylvia Sidney, in this romance of the underworld directed by Rouben Mamoulian Cooper is cast as the operator of a shooting gallery in a carnival troupe whose love for the girl involves him in the operations and feuds of the beer-running law- scoffers.
