A bright sparkling comedy, entitled "Cheer Up and Smile," is the main attraction of the pro- gramme now being shown. at the Stur Theatre. There is nothing outstanding about the picture, un- less it is the song numbers by "Whispering" Jack Smith, who comes into the picture, in person as the star singer of Pierre's night club.
