Colonel B. C. Allin, who la direc- tor of the Port of Stockton, Call- fornia, is on a combined business and pleasure tour of the world. He is studying the various ports reached by the Dollar Line in an endeavour to improve the port of which he is director.

Comdr. and Mrs. C. J. Bright, who are returning to the United States after several years in the Orient, Comdr. Bright being in the U.S. Navy and serving with the | Asiatic Fleet. He has recently been re-assigned and is returning to assume his new post.
