ing a Second Division match the English Football League when Barnsley and Burnley met Burnley on Saturday. Barna- ley's goal in the frst half certainly had originality about it. Harvey beat Somerville, the Burn- ley goalkeeper, but in so doing the pair crashed into and broke one of the goalposts causing the cross-bar to come down. The roul net enveloped both scorer and goalkeeper, and delayed play for a quarter of an hour.
