ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING HELD YESTERDAY.

ELECTION OF OFFICERS.

The annual general meeting of inembers of St. Andrew's Club Andrew's was held in the St. Church Hall last night, there be- ing a good attendance. The Rev. W. Walton Rogers took the Chair, and was supported by Mr. Richard Weng (Hon. Sec.). The Secre- tary's report on the year's work, was commented on by the Chair- man as being very satisfactory.

A resolution that the annual subscription fee be $5. proposed by Miss W. Robinson and second-

by Mr. F. Wong was defeated when put to the vote. An amend- taent, that $2.50 he the subscrip- tion, proposed by Mr. C. E. Wong and scennded by Mr. H. Kew, was earried unanimously.

A second resolution, that the entrance fee to the club be $1, pro- posed by Mr. N. Mackay and second- ed by Mr. R. Wong was defeated.. Officers Elected.
