"Our thoughts turn to the rapid measures which our own realist, Mediterranean, Italian, and Fascist, method would adopt to solve that crisis: a rural policy, exploitation of the land still uncultivated, a re turn of labour to the countryalde, renewal of mining machinery, a proper balance between working hours and wages, large colonial en terprises."
