Tokyo, Saturday. In the presence of a distin- guished gathering, the ten thou- aand ton Japanese cruiser Maya was launched at Kobe. She is one of twelve eight-inch gun cruisers allowed Japan under the Naval Treaty. Only the Chokat, which is now under con- struction at Nagasaki, remains to be launched.-Reuter.
