INDIAN RECREATION CLUB SECOND VICTORY.
CRAIGENGOWER WIN.
The Indian R:G. 2nd XI, followed up their success of a week ago, by again winning in a League match on Saturday, this time at the expense of the Club de Recreio. The latter are regarded as a very strong combination and the. I.R.C. victory will, therefore, make them serious contenders for the cham "pionship, although it is yet too soon
make any forecasta:
The Cralgengower OC. 2nd XI, with a vastly improved side, easily defeated the Royal Army Service Corps in their initial game...
Of the friendly fixtures, the Hong Kong C.C.-Army match provided a rather peculiar finish, as it was not known that the game was drawn until a cheek was made on the score-hook,
The wickets, generally speaking, played easily, but several note- worthy bowling feats were record- ed, the most remarkable being R. wickets for 25 Sourbutts's nine
runs against the R.A.S.C...
League II.
