The case was fought out on the point that on the bill of sale drawn up for the plaintiff the car was referred to as private car No. 2058, a 520 Trot, the engine number of which is given as 218176; whereas the car which George Rouviere sold to Mr. Iranee was a Fiat car. The other particulars contained in the bill of sale corresponded with the particulars of the Fiat car in the
defendant's possession.
