Mr. J. L. B. Kemp Drowned.

Kuala Lumpur, July 14. There was a tragle accident at Sungei Way Mine on Saturday about 10 p.m., Mr. J. L. B. Kemp, a winchman, was coming off duty when he alipped and fell from the dredge. He sank immediately and was never seen alive again, the body being recovered yesterday morning. The funeral took place at the Cheras cemetery this morning, the Rev. Fergus Ferguson officiating,
