An account for the supply of ico and fresh milk formed the subject of
a dispute between two stallholders, one of whom sued the other at the Sum- Justice J. R. Wood, mary Court this morning before. Mr.
General Yang Fu-cheng, a former subordinate of Feng Yu- hsiang, but now a loyal supporter of the National Government, is the recipient of a letter from Feng, in which the latter contests the Pinferior post now held by the former, as the guardian of Nanyang, with the chairmanship of either Chekiang or Kiangsi province, which Feng is prepared to appoint him if Yang will rally under the Kuomin-from the Fook Sing firm, being balance chun standard.
