APPEAL FOR MORE SUPPORT
The report by the Rev. G. T. Waldegrave for 1929 states in
part:--
The Catering Department has heen kept busy all the year round and the revenue from that source shows a very healthy increase, sure proof that the cooking and quality of the food
as 48 well the very moderate charges Wednesday, 26th March at 4 p.m. meet with the approval of those
who use the Institute. Thursday, 27th March.
Receipts from the rent of the cabins amount to $1,500 more than ja 1928, but as we expected, in view of the opening of the new Wesleyan Sailors and Soldiers Home, there was not such a great demand as in previous years for beds in dormi- torles, the decrease in receipts in that respect being approximately $1,200.
