His Lordship the Chlef Justice, (Sir Henry Gollan), sitting in Ad- miralty Jurisdiction, this morning gave judgment in the case in which the motor ship Ermland of the Hamburg-Amerika line collided with a junk off Waglan Lighthouse on March 25, 1930..
As a result of the collision the owner of the junk, Cheung Yau-kam, claimed from the defendant ship the sum of $5,000, the value of the junk which was sunk.
