new Company, with the same name, formed "for the purpose of acquiring and taking over going concern the business and undertaking carried on by the old Company. The property consisted of the Cement Factory in Green- Island, Macao."
Fresh Endeavours Mesara. Arnhold, Karberg & Co. endeavoured to form the new Company with 80,000 shares of $5 each to take over the assets and abilities of the old Company. Of these shares 16,880 were to be allotted to the shareholders in the old Company and the balance 18,120 to be offered to the public.
