Some very nice questions of law were raised though not declved in an action which was heard recently in Melbourne before Sir William Irvine Arising out of collision between the "Edina" and the tug "Hovell." The "Edina" is owned by the Australian Steamship Pty., Ltd., and the tug by Melbourne Harbour Trust. The steamer ran into the tag, which sank about 200 yards from the entrance to the River Yarra, with the result that £955 was spent in raising her and 2064 in repairs. The Harbour Trust
