The Commission -of Foreign Affairs has received from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nan- king,, a new seal with characters meaning "The Office of the Com- missioner of Foreign Affairs of Kwangtung Specially Appointed by Waichiaopu." This new seal comes into use to-day while the old seal will be returned to the Ministry.
