OIL PIPE IN RUSSIA
The installation of the extension of another 5,000 lines for the Central Exchange ordered in 1928 is still not finally completed by the transferring of lines thereto from the manual ex- change. The work was commenced in February of this year and is still proceeding. There are now 5.000 Lines working on the automatic sys-
tem.
