When the trial of Major G. M_H. Ogilvy, of the King's Own Scottish Borderers, by a General Court Martial sitting in the Officers' Mess at Murray Barracks, was resumed this morning. Major Miles, defending officer, said that he would not be calling any witnesses. His case would depend on the evidence of the accused.

In the course of his evidence accused said that when he took over the duties of P.RI. Sgt. Wylie was his clerk. He trusted the latter implicitly. Sgt. Wylie was then suddenly relieved from duty. Accused was not consulted and he had protested against the relief af Sgt. Wylie.' -
